Qualifications

• Background & experience in staffing preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

• Candidates should be highly organized, professional and motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask & prioritize.
• Able to work well independently & as part of a team.
• Must meet the requirements of the Department of Health.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & plan staff schedules, taking staff needs into consideration.
• Coordinate all staffing requirements in the Facility and Clinics.
• Handle last minute changes in scheduling with patience.
• Manage staff call-outs by following proper protocol.
• Assist with recruitment needs by advising HR of open positions.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
