Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Healthcare Sr. Analyst in Workforce Analytics for a remote role that supports a major health system. You will own analyses end-to-end, from scoping to recommendations, influencing senior leaders with data-driven insights.

You'll build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, analyze headcount, turnover, retention, and forecasting, and partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to drive strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics experience with workforce data.
• Strong SQL and Excel proficiency.
• Dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau.
• HCM reporting with Oracle HCM or Workday.
• Healthcare or health system experience.
• Statistical analysis and data validation skills.
• Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical leaders and influence decisions.
• Comfort working in ambiguity and solving complex problems independently.

Job Details

• Own workforce analyses end to end, from the first conversation through scoping, investigation, validation, and final recommendations
• Analyze headcount, turnover, retention, attrition, and employee trends to answer real business questions
• Support workforce planning and forecasting across the health system
• Partner directly with HRBPs, HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders, including asking the right questions and challenging assumptions when needed
• Build dashboards and reporting in Power BI or Tableau that support decisions, not just display data
• Translate complex findings into a clear story and actionable recommendations for leadership

Requirements:

• 5 plus years of analytics experience, with direct experience analyzing workforce or people data (headcount, turnover, retention, attrition, workforce planning)
• Strong hands-on SQL and Excel
• Hands-on dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau
• HCM reporting experience with Oracle HCM or Workday
• Healthcare or health system experience
• Statistical analysis and data validation skills
• Comfort working in ambiguity and working through complex problems independently
• Ability to explain data clearly to non-technical leaders and influence decisions

Probably not the right fit if:

• Your background is mainly HRIS administration, system implementation, or ETL/data engineering
• Your work has mostly been building dashboards to spec, without owning the analysis or partnering with the business
• You’re currently in a people leader role and haven't done hands-on analysis in a while
