Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of food service experience preferred.
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate within 90 days of hire required.
• Formal Culinary training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food per recipe specifications for daily use on patient line, retail areas, doctor's lounge, or for catered events.
• Utilize, monitor, and drive systems to support compliance with food safety (HACCP, OSHA, HIPPA).
• Read production sheets and forecast production needs.
• Drive cost control processes to meet goals.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform competencies as listed on the Competency Checklist and meet performance goals/ objectives.
