Experience with cost controls, labor management, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily culinary operations for a large hospital foodservice program.
Support labor and food cost management while maintaining quality and budget goals.
Oversee food production, batch cooking, and presentation for patient dining and retail venues.
