Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, information systems, project management, or related field.
• 3+ years in healthcare software consulting or IT solution roles.
• Experience translating clinical workflows into software requirements.
• Experience with client communication and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client and market research to identify solution needs.
• Translate clinical workflows into clear requirements and user stories.
• Present strategy and roadmaps to clinical, technical, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to manage scope and prototypes.
• Support integrations, data requirements, and migrations from legacy systems.
• Lead discovery and workflow discussions with clinical and technical audiences.
• Coordinate with Support, Sales, Marketing on feature descriptions and releases.
• Leverage research and analytics to drive innovation.
• Monitor regulatory changes impacting product requirements.
