Job summary

GHX is seeking a Project Manager in Dallas to plan, direct, and coordinate project activities ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive kickoff sessions, and coordinate with customers to align GHX activities with client needs.

The role requires strong PM skills, knowledge of software implementation, and experience with SDLC/Agile. Travel up to 25% and MS Office proficiency are expected components of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3+ years in project leadership roles.
• Experience with software development, implementation or integration projects.
• Know​ledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum; proven delivery on time and budget.
• Experience managing customer relationships and projects.
• Strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and written and verbal skills.
• Able to multi-task and travel up to 25% annually.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet objectives within time and funding.
• Serve as primary contact with key customers for GHX core product implementations.
• Lead kickoff sessions and gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Build detailed project plans with milestones and tasks.
• Coordinate team efforts to keep projects on schedule and identify risks.
• Maintain risk/issue logs and drive mitigation actions.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure documentation of deliverables and artifacts for implementations.
• Maintain product knowledge to improve delivery efficiency.
