Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to enterprise-scale applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and cloud technologies. You will prototype concepts with senior engineers and work across teams on Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in software development in a team environment.
• 4+ years of experience with C#/.Net core back-end development.
• 4+ years of experience with SQL Server 2012 or higher.
• 4+ years of experience with frontend development.
• 2+ years of experience with Angular, .NET, Bootstrap, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, HTML.
• 2+ years of experience building Restful APIs.
• 1+ years of experience with cloud providers (Azure preferred).
• Demonstrated experience building microservices and aligning code with CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development role with experience in developing enterprise level applications.
• Conceptualize and demonstrate solutions through documentation and diagrams.
• Develop cutting-edge solutions to maximize performance, scalability, and distributed processing.
• Collaborate with QA throughout the development lifecycle and support performance tuning.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications with Product Team.
• Debug/troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Analyze and prepare design specifications and recommendations.
• Ensure security and testing of improvements, and monitor deployments.
• Build enterprise-scale OOP software using SaaS design principles.
• Modernize legacy products with latest cloud technologies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
