Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytics experience and experience managing business and team performance through metrics.
• Local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the site(s) and service modalities, including staffing, training, scheduling, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with Revenue Cycle and Authorization teams to ensure accurate billing and exam precertification.
• Monitor equipment performance, regulatory compliance, and quality standards; drive process improvements.
• Lead site staff, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion while maintaining high patient care quality.
• Cultivate relationships with key referrers to grow volume and meet budget targets.
