Job summary

Michigan State University seeks a Simulation Program Coordinator to facilitate and evaluate academic and external healthcare education programs at the Learning and Assessment Center. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will collaborate with a diverse population including students, faculty, simulation team members, and healthcare professionals.

The role covers coordinating simulation activities, developing external programs such as BLS/ACLS/PALS/ATLS, marketing outreach, and leading quality

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience; planning and coordinating seminars and conferences.
• Experience with supervision, training materials, and web-based information; knowledge of HTML and web management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of academic simulation activities from planning to evaluation.
• Provide professional development, oversight and feedback for faculty, team members, and standardized patients.
• Coordinate and implement external programs (BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS) and other learners.
• Develop and implement external programs with diverse learners (high school, MSU groups, partners).
• Assist in marketing, publicity, and outreach; update program information on websites and social platforms.
• Collect and analyze program data for quality improvement and report outcomes.
