University of Maryland Medical System Corporation is seeking a Simulation Operations Specialist to support high‑quality medical simulation training. You will work with educators, physicians, and leadership to ensure equipment readiness and course success.

The role involves organizing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, managing inventory, and assisting with curriculum development alongside clinicians, in a hands‑on education environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Two years of medical simulation experience required.
• Simulation experience can substitute for clinical educator experience.

Responsabilités

• Organize and maintain equipment and supply storage areas with inventory tracking.
• Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs to keep equipment operational.
• Manage inventory levels and keep accurate records.
• Maintain course and equipment/supply records.
• Support curriculum development with Nurse Educators and Physicians.
