Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for Saint Francis Medical Center in Monroe, LA. The role requires prior supervisory experience and pays a fixed $16.00 per hour with overnight and evening shifts.

Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensure policy adherence, and oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. This position is located on site at the Monroe facility and may involve cross-functional coordination within Environmental Services.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for employee questions and time-off requests.
