Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR to oversee a shift at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, KY. • Two to three years of prior supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and create work schedules.

• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
