Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor in Little Rock, AR. The role directs shift activities, ensures policy compliance, and oversees associates’ duties. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:30 pm with every-other weekend.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
