Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR (DISPATCH) at Baptist Health Little Rock in Little Rock, AR. You will direct shift activities, train staff, and coordinate bed admissions using EPIC Bedboard while maintaining patient flow and service quality.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping and supervisory experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Ability to coordinate bed admissions/transfers using EPIC Bedboard.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance and reward high performers; discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or service reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
