Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Baptist Health Medical Center-Stuttgart in Stuttgart, AR. This role requires prior supervisory and Environmental Services (EVS) experience and offers a weekday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with weekend and holiday availability.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee associates, make schedules, train staff, evaluate performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory and Environmental Services (EVS) experience is required.
• Strong leadership and scheduling abilities.
• Ability to train staff and manage shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating performance and rewarding high performers.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
• Acting as the contact for employee complaints or time-off requests.

Job Summary

Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
