Morrison Healthcare, part of the Compass Group family, is hiring Shift Supervisors for the McLeod Carolina Forest location in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role directs associates on a shift and ensures tasks meet policy and quality standards, with responsibilities including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.

We offer both full-time and part-time positions with a 6:00 am to 2:30 pm schedule. Prior supervisory experience in healthcare is required; pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.90 per

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employee inquiries and time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
