The role requires prior patient services and supervisory experience, with training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. You will mentor staff and help deliver high standards of quality, safety, and service in a healthcare food service environment.

Qualifications

• Previous patient services experience required.
• Supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift.
• Create work schedules and train staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline when needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports to meet quality and safety targets.
• Act as contact for employee requests and time-off.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement.
