Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Houston, part of Compass Group, is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Memorial City Medical Center. You will direct activities of associates on a shift, schedule staff, and ensure policy adherence to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities include training teammates, evaluating performance, preparing production and safety reports, and serving as the point of contact for employee concerns. Training is provided and growth is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Previous patient services and customer service experience is preferred.
• Willingness to train may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
