Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure duties are completed.
• Provide training and create work schedules for the team.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and maintain quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact for employee inquiries and time-off requests.
