Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree to be completed by Dec 2025 or Spring 2026.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with financial analysis and modeling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Prepare client pitch presentations.
• Prepare transaction marketing materials (teasers, information memoranda).
• Interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers and accountants.
• Build relationships with clients through ongoing engagement.
• Research companies/industries to understand trends and strategies for creative solutions.
• Develop understanding of M&A deal processes.
