Job summary

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets arm of Guggenheim Partners, seeks an experienced Analyst to join its Healthcare Services Investment Banking group in New York.

You will contribute to client presentations, build complex financial models, draft strategic documents, and support due diligence and transaction execution across payors, providers, HCIT, pharma services, and animal health sectors.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of investment banking or equivalent M&A experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required; core modeling and valuation experience in a professional setting.
• SIE Exam, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.
• Highly organized with initiative and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective collaboration with senior executives and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and contribute to client presentations alongside senior bankers.
• Assist in building complex financial models and valuation analyses.
• Draft internal and client-facing documents, including pitchbooks and fairness opinions.
• Perform due diligence and prepare information memoranda for transactions.
• Help create strategic frameworks and tools to aid business development.
• Conduct sector research and analyze industry trends.
• Gather information, test hypotheses, and present recommendations to leadership.
