Job summary

Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking arm of Guggenheim Partners, seeks an experienced Associate for its Healthcare Services group in New York. You will lead project management and support advisory and financing transactions.

You will draft client and internal materials, build complex models and valuations, perform due diligence, and present findings to senior bankers and clients. The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and sharp analytical skills, with exposure to senior leadership

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of investment banking or equivalent M&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree; core modeling and valuation experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork with executives.
• Highly organized with initiative and attention to detail.
• Licenses: SIE, Series 79 and Series 63 must be acquired within 150 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management and oversee execution on a range of advisory and financing transactions.
• Prepare and contribute to delivery of client presentations; interact with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, and accountants.
• Assist in the design and development of complex financial models and valuation analysis.
• Draft internal and client-facing documents, including management presentations, lender presentations, fairness opinions, and pitchbooks.
• Perform client due diligence, prepare information memoranda and other transaction-related documentation.
• Contribute to the creation of strategic frameworks, tools, and intellectual property to aid business development activities of the firm.
• Conduct competitive research, identify sector and industry trends.
• Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
