Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree to be completed by December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with senior bankers and executives across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and valuation analysis (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Prepare client pitch presentations.
• Prepare transaction marketing materials (teasers, memoranda, operating models).
• Interact with senior bankers and client management.
• Build and develop relationships with clients through ongoing engagement.
• Conduct company and industry research to understand sector trends and strategies.
• Develop understanding of M&A deal processes.
