Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering consulting engagements focused on service transformation.
• 6+ years of experience in Health Care service operations or patient/member journeys.
• 6+ years of experience leading strategy engagements and roadmaps.
• 6+ years of experience in technology strategy and delivery including AI enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements that define service strategies across digital self-service, contact center, and/or field service for Health Care clients.
• Partner with operations, technology, and clinical leaders to define AI-enabled service strategies that meet patient, member, provider, and business needs.
• Advise clients on strategies to improve patient and member experience, satisfaction, and retention across channels.
• Translate challenges into structured service strategies, prioritized initiatives, and roadmaps.
• Connect service strategy to technology delivery with architecture and data integration planning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to move from strategy to implementation and adoption.
• Guide teams in prioritization, dependencies, and execution planning to drive delivery.
• Build phased deployment plans for AI agents and automation solutions.
• Champion use of AI tools and modern ways of working to accelerate strategy realization.
• Manage client relationships, scope, timelines, and risks across workstreams.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and operations.
• Coordinate global delivery with cross-time-zone teams for quality and knowledge transfer.
• Support proposals, solution shaping, and coaching of teams.
• Advocate for service strategy with clients and teams.
