Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering consulting engagements focused on service transformation
• 6+ years of experience in Health Care service/operational transformation
• 6+ years leading strategy engagements with transformation roadmaps and business cases
• 1+ years of experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflow
• Ability to travel 30% on average
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements that define service strategies across digital self-service, contact center, and field service for Health Care clients
• Partner with patient/member experience, digital, technology, and operations leaders to deliver AI-enabled service strategies
• Advise clients on strategies to improve patient and member experience, satisfaction, and retention
• Translate business challenges into structured service strategies, initiatives, roadmaps, and business cases
• Connect service strategy to technology delivery with architecture and data integration planning
• Collaborate with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders through workshops
• Guide teams in prioritization, trade-offs, dependencies, and execution planning
• Build deployment plans for AI agent and automation solutions
• Identify AI tools and modern ways of working to accelerate strategy development
• Manage client relationships, scope, timelines, risks, and knowledge transfer across workstreams
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, technology, and operations
• Coordinate global delivery with USI and ADMX resources for quality and knowledge transfer
• Support practice growth through proposals and team coaching
• Champion the role of service strategy with clients and teams
