Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage healthcare design projects from concept through completion.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring seamless coordination between disciplines.
• Strengthen and expand client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Drive innovative solutions that enhance healthcare environments for patients and providers.
• Contribute to the firm’s succession planning and long-term leadership strategy.
• Maintain high standards of design, technical execution, and project delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in California healthcare projects, with a strong understanding of OSHPD/HCAI regulations.

• Architectural licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard design tools.
