Blackstone Consulting, Inc. (BCI) seeks a Healthcare Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a healthcare facility in Antioch, CA. The role includes supervising shifts, conducting roving patrols, and supporting incident response to safeguard patients, staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate has 4–10 years in healthcare security or related fields, plus 2–4 years of supervision. California Guard Card and 18+ years old are required.

Qualifications

• Have a valid government-issued driver’s license.
• Possess an active state-issued guard card (California).
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security shifts and ensure coverage per schedule.

• Act as a relief to the Security Account Manager during off-hours or absences where needed.

Summary
Typically an individual with 4 to 10 years healthcare security or other relevant experience or a combination of relevant law enforcement or military experience, including 2 to 4 years direct supervisory experience. The Security Supervisor will supervise shifts; act as a relief to the Security Account Manager during off-hours or for limited absences and conduct roving patrol and incident response supervision in complex facilities.

Minimum Qualifications at Entry:

• Be 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED
• Have a reliable and functional means of communication (i.e., cell phone)
• The legal right to work in the United States
• Possess a valid government-issued driver's license
• Active state-issued guard card
