Job summary

Qualifications

• PSO certification (Proprietary Private Security Officer)
• California BSIS regulatory training: 40 hours total (8h Power to Arrest and Use of Force, 16h in 30 days, 16h in 6 months, 8h annual refresher).

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor facility premises, observe and report suspicious or unsafe conditions.
• Manage access control, keys, and emergency response and notification.
• Assist and provide security services to staff, physicians, patients, and visitors, including restraining violent individuals as needed.
• Document incidents and coordinate with local law enforcement.
