Northbrook Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a Security Officer to protect patients, staff and visitors while delivering exceptional service in a hospital setting. You will patrol the facility, respond to alarms, and support safety operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of security or law enforcement experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of security or law enforcement experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a thorough background check and obtain required certifications.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Patrol hospital premises to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies, alarms and distress calls.
• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of hospital policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff, management, and law enforcement.
• Maintain records and reports of incidents and security-related activities.
