Job summary

Fair Haven Community Health Care is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations, lead the contracted security team, and ensure compliance with safety regulations across FHCHC facilities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required. A combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• A valid driver's license in the State of Connecticut and reliable transportation is also required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of security experience in patient safety, preferably in ambulatory care or FQHC setting; emergency management background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the security team and contracted guards.
• Develop, implement, and update security policies and procedures.
• Monitor security systems, cameras, alarms, and access controls.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
• Maintain records of security incidents, investigations, and resolutions.
• Visit FHCHC sites every other day to ensure facility safety.
