Henry Ford Health in Detroit is seeking a Security Leader to orchestrate our hospital security operations, ensuring safety across facilities. You will energize and guide security personnel, scheduling rosters, and maintaining high service standards.

You’ll work under general supervision to energize and guide our security personnel, ensuring we’ve got the right people in the right places at the right times.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3 to 5 years of hospital security experience with demonstrated leadership ability, field training responsibilities, acting leadership assignments, or equivalent operational experience.
