Texas Health Resources is seeking a Security Officer at Texas Health Huguley in Burleson, TX. This part-time role covers Saturdays and Sundays from 06:30 to 18:30, with duties including patrols, access control, escorts, and incident reporting across hospital facilities.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate degree in related fields and 2+ years in security, healthcare, or education.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security, or related field preferred.
• 2 years of security, law enforcement, or military police experience preferred.
• 2 years healthcare or education experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Patrol buildings and clinics for unlocked secured areas during after-hour entries.
• Lock and open doors according to schedules.
• Provide escorts to and from parking areas.
• Identify and remove unauthorized individuals from the property.
• Maintain compliance with Texas Health Police policies.
• Pursue and detain individuals involved in criminal activity.
• Complete incident/offense reports.
• Interact with police, fire personnel, patients, visitors, and staff.
• Provide security for mobile health teams during community events.
• Conduct staff safety and security training.
• Conduct building risk assessments.
• Monitor building openings and closings to ensure safety protocols.
• Test building duress alarms and lockdown systems.
• Provide onsite uniformed presence as needed.
• Conduct random weapon screening.
