Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of security experience or one year toward Criminal Justice or CHSO.
• Licenses and certifications must be current (Class D Driver’s License, AVADE).
• Life support certification (BLS/Heart Saver) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-to-one and close observation of patients safely and professionally.
• Conduct interior and exterior patrols to inspect grounds for safety hazards.
• Provide safety escorts and enforce parking regulations as needed.
• Record and report security and safety incidents promptly.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies, and support shuttle services when required.
• Assist with pedestrian and vehicle traffic control to support patient experience.
