• Education: High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license required.
• CPI NCI Certification.
• AVADE Workplace Violence Prevention Levels I, II, III Certification.
• BLS Provider Certification (CPR & AED).
• AHA Heart-Saver First Aid Certification.
• Stop the Bleed Certification.
• Nasal Naloxone Certification.
• Safe Environment for Suicidal/Homicidal Patients training.
• Restraints/Seclusion Safety training.

Aufgaben

• Monitor assigned areas on foot or vehicle and report hazards.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic; issue badges and verify IDs.
• Respond to Codes and alarms per Safety Manual and Emergency Policy.
• Observe patients and respond to diverse human-service issues.
• Coordinate with local emergency services and transportation tasks.
• Assist patients and visitors with basic needs and safety.
