NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is seeking a Security Officer to be the visible front line for our hospital campuses in New York City. You will protect patients, visitors, employees and property, maintain access control, and respond to emergencies as part of a dedicated security team.

This role requires weekend/holiday coverage across rotating shifts. A valid NYS Security Guard License, a high school diploma, and BCLS certification due within 90 days of starting are required.

Formación

• Current NYS Security Guard License required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BCLS certification must be completed within 90 days of start.

Responsabilidades

• Be a visible front line security presence for our Hospital.
• Protect patients, visitors, employees and property across campuses.
• Maintain access control in assigned areas and respond to emergencies.
• Support a safe environment for lifesaving care.

Conocimientos

Driver's License

Security Guard experience

Educación

Bachelor’s degree or military experience

2 years collegiate course in criminal justice

BCLS certification
