Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1 year in security or related fields, BLS, a valid state driver's license, CPI and firearms training, and IA HSS certification within 90 days of hire. FTO program completion within 60 days is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in Security, law enforcement, or military.
• Must have BLS certification and a valid driver's license in state of practice.
• CPI and firearms training; IAHSS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Employment contingent on successful completion of FTO program within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Enforces safety and security rules on company property.
• Conducts routine inspections of on-site and off-site locations.
• Investigates incidents and reports occurrences timely.
• Performs opening/lockdown duties as approved by Administration.
• Participates in emergency response drills and maintains certifications.
