• Perform patrols, inspect for hazards, manage patient valuables, and conduct contraband searches.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents; de-escalate situations when needed and use force if required.
• Investigate incidents on Advocate Health property and file timely reports; coordinate with leadership for escalations.
• Liaise with law enforcement and first responders; support traffic and crowd control as needed.
