Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide security services with a customer-service approach, ensuring professionalism and safety.
• Surveil and respond to incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and enforce policies and training.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas, inspect for hazards, and assist patients, visitors, and staff.
• Coordinate with local authorities as needed and prepare accurate incident reports.
• Support traffic control, crowd management, and access control during shifts.
