Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccine requirements.
• Ability to restrain individuals.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors and staff while following hospital procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of hospital areas and entrances to deter incidents and report hazards.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and according to emergency procedures.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and verifying authorized access.
• Document observations and patrol activities clearly and communicate findings to site leadership.
