Responsibilities

• Provides security services with a customer-service approach and in accordance with policies and training.

• Performs interior/exterior patrols, identifies hazards, and assists patients and visitors.
• Responds to emergencies, incidents, and potential threats; conducts investigations and documents findings.
• Liaises with law enforcement and first responders; participates in de-escalation and use-of-force as trained.
• Delivers security awareness education and builds partnerships with departments.
