Job summary

Virtua Health in Marlton, NJ is seeking a part-time Security Officer for the 2nd shift to safeguard facilities, people, and property. You will patrol buildings, monitor access, and respond to emergencies, using weapon screening tech and maintaining safety across units.

Requirements include a HS diploma or equivalent, 2 years security experience, and a valid driver's license; SORA certification is preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Perform posts with walking and mobile security rounds and access control.
• Operate weapon screening with EVOLV system and conduct investigations.
• Provide directions to visitors, staff and vendors and respond to emergencies.
• Document incidents, prepare shift logs, and escalate to law enforcement when needed.
• Collaborate with Nursing and security teams to ensure safety across facilities.
