Job summary

Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Security Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Security Services across Southern Market facilities, including staffing, training coordination, policy review and budget administration.

The role reports to the Executive Director of Security & Emergency Management and requires strong leadership, crisis management and collaboration with law enforcement. Onsite work at multiple campuses, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• IAHSS Supervisor Certification required
• Minimum of 5 years as healthcare security officer and 3-5 years prior healthcare security leadership experience
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Security Services across Southern Market facilities.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Lead security plans including Emergency Response and Crisis Management.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and IT for security systems.
