The role emphasizes proactive safety, risk management, and serving as a liaison to protect patients, staff and visitors.

Required: associate degree (law enforcement preferred), 2 years in security or law enforcement, valid driver's license, and supervisory experience.

• Associate degree in a related field; preferably in law enforcement.
• 2 years progressive security/law enforcement experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Supervisory/management experience in security or law enforcement.
• Experience collaborating with regulatory agencies and law enforcement partners.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, incident reporting and risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with patients, visitors, physicians, staff and public safety agencies.
