Job summary

The role coordinates daily work, leads responses to major incidents, and serves as the onsite leader when multiple officers are present, ensuring safety for patients, visitors, colleagues and property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two (2) years of experience in HealthPartners Security or healthcare security.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• IAHSS Advanced Certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level security operations and assign/coordinate daily work.
• Lead responses to major incidents and act as onsite leader when multiple officers are present.
• Serve as communication link between Security Leadership and frontline staff to reinforce priorities and standards.
