Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• At least two (2) years of experience in HealthPartners Security.
• A two‑year degree in a relevant field.
• A relevant certification.
• Equivalent experience in healthcare security, public safety, or emergency repose.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct operational leadership for site level Security Operations.
• Coordinate daily work and lead responses to major incidents.
• Serve as the onsite leader when multiple officers are present.
• Act as a communication link between Security Leadership and frontline staff, reinforcing priorities and standards.
