Dilkon Medical Center | Winslow Indian Health Care Career Page is seeking an Entry level Security Guard at the Dilkon, AZ facility. The role protects property, patients, and staff by patrolling, monitoring restricted areas, and responding to emergencies.

Requires a high school diploma and willingness to obtain required certifications. The position supports a safe clinic environment with flexible shifts, completion of mandatory trainings, and adherence to confidentiality standards.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six months of related security or military experience preferred.
• AVADE and CPI certifications must be obtained within six months of employment.
• CPR/First Aid certifications must be obtained within nine months of hire.

Mansioni

• Patrols area by foot and/or vehicle to check alarms, locks, fences, gates and other barriers to secure WIHCC property.
• Monitors access to restricted areas by screening identification and authorizations.
• Responds to emergency calls and directs safety procedures per guidelines.
• Executes traffic control during congestion or events and escorts visitors as needed.
• Maintains incident reports and documents investigations and shift activities.
