Job summary

Dilkon Medical Center in Dilkon, AZ is seeking an Experienced Nursing Assistant to support the Employee Health Office. Under the supervision of the Employee Health Nurse Manager, you will assist with walk-ins, direct hires, IHS, NN EMTs, NN Employees, Residents, students and temporary employees, providing basic nursing care and helping maintain confidential records.

You will perform duties to facilitate patient flow, record data in RPMS and EHR, monitor vaccine refrigerators, restock supplies,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant required.
• Minimum one year Nursing Assistant experience.
• Valid BLS/CPR certification required.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.
• Must maintain a valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Background check per ICPFVP Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greets employees and provides basic nursing care for work-related injuries or illnesses.
• Records data in RPMS and EHR; maintains immunization records.
• Records immunization data, N-95 FIT testing, and other Employee Health requirements.
• Maintains a clean, safe Employee Health Office and restocks supplies as needed.
• Performs medical interpretation as needed.
