Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Security Officer to protect hospital facilities and ensure safety for patients and staff. You will patrol buildings, monitor access, and respond to security needs under general supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied conditions.

• Maintain safety and security for patients, staff and visitors.
• Patrol premises and monitor security systems.
• Control access to facilities according to procedures.
• Respond to emergencies following established protocols.
• Complete Daily Activity Reports and incident reports as required.
• Assist with vacancies, PTO coverage, and operational demands.
