Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and vendors following site policies and security procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized entry to healthcare areas.
• Maintain visitor, contractor, and delivery logs and issue temporary access credentials.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate to appropriate contacts or emergency personnel.
• Conduct patrols to identify unauthorized access and report security concerns.
