Job summary

Moorings Park in Naples, FL is seeking a Scheduling Supervisor to lead a team of schedulers, optimize caregiver utilization, and ensure timely, accurate scheduling across services. You will oversee overtime within budget, collaborate with the Assistant Administrator, and ensure compliance with CHAP and agency policies, while maintaining client consistency and high-quality care.

Strong English communication and at least three years of scheduling experience in healthcare preferred; HS diploma

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication in the English language.
• May be required to remain on duty during emergencies or natural disasters.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of scheduling experience, preferably in healthcare/home care.

Responsibilities

• Leads and mentors schedulers to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitors and controls overtime within the set caregiver schedule budget.
• Uses scheduling software to complete long schedules and communicate with caregivers.
• Manually tracks visits when needed.
• Schedules VIP assistants according to training and ability.
• Supports payroll/billing batching for the Assistant Administrator/Office Manager.
• Assists with payroll processing for Private Duty in the absence of supervisors.
• Prepares Long Term Care Insurance documentation as needed.
• Ensures on-call coverage and monthly on-call calendar.
• Ensures adherence to scheduling policies and CHAP regulations.
• Assumes On-Call responsibilities in the absence of the On-Call Coordinator.
